The United States Launched A New Scheme For Fixing Solar Energy Bracket

- Sep 29, 2018-

APA Solar recently launched a Geoballast product that does not require a concrete ballast design for the bracket installation market for terrestrial solar energy bracket. The product was exhibited at Intersolar North America in July this year.

The launch of Geoballast is based on APA's years of experience in installing solar energy bracket. The company found that using concrete as a foundation has too many processes, which increases labor and extends installation time.

After extensive engineering practice and design development, APA adopted a solution to pressurize the load with a standard metal frame. Geoballast steel frames are protected against corrosion by hot dip galvanizing and epoxy coatings.

This product provides a perfect solution for landfill, sidewalk and post-demolition site solar energy bracket installation.

The basis of the ballast counterweight has been 70% pre-assembled before shipment, and only needs to be filled with standard stones on site. The anchor pipe connecting the counterweight does not need to excavate the ground and fill the rock. It can be easily swiped and taken anywhere before.

Geoballast is compatible with 2-in-portrait (two rows of vertical) or 4-in-landscape (four rows of horizontal) design, and can withstand heavy loads of 70 psi (psf) and 130 mph. Gale.
