On February 10, Bayannaoer City released an announcement on the competitive configuration of 100,000-kilowatt photovoltaic projects for thermal power flexibility renovation in 2021. The project site is Linhe District, Bayannaoer City. Scope of configuration: Select the best to determine the investment subject of the project, bear the costs and risks, and be responsible for the design, investment, construction of the project, and the operation and maintenance after the completion of the project.
The project construction period requires that the proportion of project investment before June 2022 should not be less than 30% of the total project investment, and the full capacity grid connection conditions will be available before the end of December 2022. The applicant company should strictly abide by the project construction progress requirements and complete the project on schedule construction work. If the construction cannot be started as scheduled, the project progress is seriously lagging behind, and the grid cannot be connected as scheduled without special reasons, the investors involved in the project and the parent company shall not participate in the competitive allocation of new energy projects in Bayannaoer within three years.
Previously, Baotou also launched the competitive configuration of 380MW new energy projects supporting thermal power flexibility transformation. Among them, photovoltaic power is 95MW and wind power is 285MW.
