China's first self-operated ultra-deepwater gas field - "Deep Sea No. 1" Phase II project is also stepping up its progress to a depth of 5,000 metres during the Spring Festival. This year, China will maintain stable and increased oil and gas production in key basins and seas, and speed up unconventional oil and gas production, with annual crude oil production expected to reach 205 million tonnes and natural gas production to increase by more than 6 billion cubic metres.

The two Hualong-1 nuclear power units under construction, each with an annual power generation capacity of nearly 10 billion kilowatt-hours, will provide cleaner and more stable electricity to the Greater Bay Area upon completion.

The world's largest and highest altitude water-light complementary power station - Yalong River Kola Power Station construction area is equivalent to 2,000 football fields, photovoltaic support steel consumption of nearly 50,000 tons, equivalent to more than 4,000 meters at high altitude to recreate a "bird's nest" stadium. The construction area of Yalong Kola Power Station is equivalent to 2,000 football fields.

China's National Energy Administration expects that the installed capacity of wind and solar power will reach about 920 million kilowatts in 2023, adding more than 160 million kilowatts. As these major energy projects are completed one after another, they will provide cleaner power for China's economic and social development.
