Analysis On The Present Situation Of Global Renewable Energy Development

According  to the "China Renewable Energy Industry Analysis and Investment  Prospects Analysis Report" published in the "2017-2023" survey, the  renewable energy power generation (excluding hydropower) increased by  14.1% in 2016, below the average of 10 years, but The largest increase since recording (53 million tons of oil equivalent). Renewable energy growth, more than half from wind energy growth. Although solar energy in the proportion of renewable energy is only 18%, but contributed about one-third of the growth.

Asia-Pacific region to replace Europe and Europe and Asia, becoming the largest renewable energy producing areas. China surpassed the United States to become the world's largest producer of renewable energy.

Global nuclear energy production increased by 1.3% in 2016, an increase of 9.3 million tons of oil equivalent. China's growth of 24.5%, the global net growth in nuclear energy production all from China. China's nuclear energy increment (9.6 million tons of oil equivalent)  is higher than the annual increase in any country since 2004.

In 2016, hydropower production rose 2.8% (27.1 million tons of oil equivalent). China  (10.9 million tons of oil equivalent) and the United States (3.5  million tons of oil equivalent) the most significant growth. Venezuela fell the most (-3.2 million tons of oil equivalent).
