Solar photovoltaic bracket is a special bracket designed for placing, installing and fixing solar panels in the solar photovoltaic power generation system. As an important part of the photovoltaic power station, the solar photovoltaic bracket carries the main body of the photovoltaic power station. Choosing the appropriate photovoltaic support can not only ensure the safe operation of the photovoltaic module, reduce the damage rate, but also reduce the project cost and reduce the maintenance cost in the later stage.


1. Classification of solar photovoltaic brackets


The materials used for solar photovoltaic brackets are different, mainly aluminum alloy, stainless steel and non-metal. Among them, less metal is used.


1. Fixed photovoltaic bracket


The fixed photovoltaic support refers to the support system whose orientation and angle remain unchanged after installation. In the fixed installation method, the solar photovoltaic modules are directly placed toward the low latitude area (at a certain angle with the ground), and the solar photovoltaic array is formed in series and parallel to achieve the purpose of solar photovoltaic power generation. There are many kinds of fixing methods, such as ground fixing methods, such as pile foundation method (direct embedding method), concrete block counterweight method, pre-embedded method, ground anchor method, etc. There are different solutions for roof fixing methods depending on the roof material .

2. Tracking photovoltaic bracket


When the solar light is perpendicular to the battery panel, the solar energy receives the largest amount of solar energy and the highest power generation. But the earth is revolving and rotating all the time, so the angle of the sun's rays is changing all the time. Therefore, the tracking system is aimed at the sun as much as possible, so that the solar rays receive more solar rays per unit area of the battery panel, thereby increasing the power generation. At present, tracking systems include two types of single-week tracking systems and dual-axis tracking systems. Single-axis tracking systems are divided into horizontal single-axis tracking systems and oblique single-axis tracking systems.

Second, the installation of solar photovoltaic support


The installation of the bracket should be based on the design drawings, and the positioning and pay-off should be performed first. The color steel roofing is mainly the positioning of the fixture, and then the installation of the guide rail. Pay attention to the distance between the fixture, the same row of component rails and the adjacent two rows of component rails. The installation of the guide rails should be in accordance with the order of the middle section, the two end sections, and the guide rail connecting parts. After the installation of the guide rails, check the levelness of each guide rail, and the curvature of each span guide rail should not exceed 1mm.


After completing the installation of a set of brackets, the precise check of the bracket position is performed. Pay attention to the distance between the front and back rows, the distance from the wall in the design, etc. Protective measures should be taken during lifting and handling to avoid personal injury and damage to the original building. In addition, do not fasten the bolts in place at the same time when installing the stand columns, beams and guide rails. After the brackets are all straightened, tighten the bolts.
