A:12 year warranty for the whole mounting system. And we also prepare reserve parts for each order Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

AIt depends. We could offer the component samples for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

A: Payment<=1000USD,100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD,30% T/T in advance, balance before shippment.
