1.1 Positioning Installation Foundation

The installation foundation of the shed is the cement pier foundation, which is set up according to the requirements of the drawing. 1.2 Install the Main Bracket

Connect the bracket assembly and install it on the embedded screw on the cement pier foundation; According to the dimensions of the engineering drawing, assemble the column and base together, and prelock each bolt.

1.3 Install Rails

A. Slide the guide rail clamp from the end face of the guide rail into the bottom groove of the guide rail.

B. Slide the M10*20 outer hexagon screws into the slots at both ends of the main beam. Four M10*20 outer hexagon screws are needed at each connection point, two on each side of the main beam.

C. Place the track in the corresponding position of the main girder according to the design requirements and lock the screws.

When the rail length is insufficient, it is necessary to connect the two rails with the rail splice.
