Determination of Longitudinal Beam Position The center of the welded plate on the upper edge of the front prop must be at the same horizontal height. The front prop can be fixed after reserving the corresponding length in the steel pile. The approximate angle of installation is determined according to the inclination required by the drawings, while ensuring that the center of the welding plate on the upper edge of the rear pillar is consistent in height, and the length of the steel pile can be reserved to fix the rear pillar. After the front and rear pillars are fixed, it is very important to install the longitudinal beam on the connecting plate. The central line of the longitudinal beam must coincide with the central line of the front and rear pillars. Next is the installation of cable-stayed braces: one end of the cable-stayed braces is connected with the longitudinal beam, while the other end is connected with the pillar with hoops, and the longitudinal beam must be in a parallel position. III. Assembly It is not difficult to install the solar energy bracket. When installing the solar energy bracket, the components should be assembled according to the instructions or design drawings.
