What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 2,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trialorder.
Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculatethe cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checkingquality of our products and know our service.
How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your owndesigns, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need newprinting screen, etc.
Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
How long is the production lead time?
We mainly export to Europe, the US, Australia, Middle East and Southeast Asia countries.
What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, Al, cdr or PDF, etc.
We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your finalconfirmation based on technique.
What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposite after order signed and 70% againstcopy of B/L.
We also accept LC at sight.
