Product Processing
Step 1:CUTTING
Cutting the material of hollow pipe as client’s length requirement.
Step 2:DRILLING
Drilling holes on the upper end.
Step 3:SEALING
Sealing edge- Make the pipe heated and softened in tail end with heating machine. Put the heat pipe into the pipe- shrinking machine promptly to make the tail end into cone-shape.
Step 4:WELDING
WELDING Welding screw spiral-.Use the automatic welding machine to welding the screw spiral for spiral surround the whole pipe automatically and most effectively.
Step 5:Testing the welding condition.
Step 6:GALVANIZING
Galvanizing---Hot-dip Galvanization--put the welding well ground screw to the galvanizing Zinc.
Step 7: Testing the galvanizing condition.
Step 8:PACKING
Packing on steel pallet for shipping .
