Process Step 1:CUTTING
Cutting the material of hollow pipe as client’s length requirement.
Process Step 2:DRILLING
drilling holes on the upper end.
Process Step 3:SEALING
Sealing edge--- Make the pipe heated and softened in tail end with heating machine.
Put the heat pipe into the pipe-shrinking machine promptly to make the tail end into cone-shape.
Process Step 4.WELDING
Welding screw spiral-.Use the automatic welding machine to welding the screw spiral for spiral surround the whole pipe automatically and most effectively.
Process Step 5
Testing the welding condition.
Process Step 6:GALVANIZING
Galvanizing---Hot-dip Galvanization--put the welding well ground screw to the galvanizing Zinc.
Process Step 7:
Testing the galvanizing condition.
Process Step 8:PACKING
Packing on steel pallet for shipping .
